Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all digital marketing initiatives and programs for all restaurant concepts within the Grove Bay Hospitality Group (“Grove Bay”) portfolio. The role is accountable for the strategic planning, control, and execution of all brand-related digital marketing activities. The position is responsible for all digital customer touch points, creating a more deeply engaging content strategy for email, web and social, including developing customer data analysis frameworks to drive business in our restaurants. Reports to Grove Bay’s Director of Marketing.
 
Responsibilities
  • Assists Director of Marketing with annual digital marketing strategy & planning, to ensure that all strategies are aligned with the larger marketing and communications strategies of the company and its brands
  • Oversees all digital marketing execution for brands, restaurants, and Grove Bay overall
  • Develops and Manages SEO/SEM strategies for each restaurant Website and Grove Bay site
  • Oversees 3rd party listing sites (Yelp, Google My Business, TripAdvisor)
  • Manages Website User Experience and Automatic Update Platforms (i.e., SinglePlatform).
  • Executes and Manages Paid Digital Display Ads and PPC Search Ads (i.e., Google Ads)
  •  Develop and Manage CRM/List Building
  • Create, Execute and Manage Email Campaigns, Scheduling, A/B Testing
  • Create, Execute and Manage Custom Landing Pages for Campaigns
  • Develops and Manages Retargeting Strategies and Efforts
  • Directs type of content needed for digital channels and all graphic/photo/video needs, in close coordination with graphic designer, social media coordinator, and the Director of Marketing
  • Creates and Manages Budgets for digital marketing portions
  • Reviews and optimizes all allocated annual digital marketing budgets for each concept
  • Analyzes performance and key metrics on an ongoing basis, from all digital marketing tactics and initiatives and reports to Director of Marketing and Executive Team
  • Works closely with social media coordinator to implement paid social campaigns and digital influencer marketing - list building and relationship management
  • Manages digital strategies throughout the calendar year and ensures deep digital engagement, ongoing monitoring, and implementing customer growth strategies. (i.e. giveaways, event amplification, etc.)
  • Establishes reporting methods to track ROI and other KPIs throughout the digital space for all campaigns
  • Researches and provides key insights into digital trends impacting both offline and online properties and platforms
Education / Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing Management
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ related experience, hospitality or lifestyle industry required
  • Creative thinker and a problem solver
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Skilled and hands-on experience with CRM and email platforms, Google Analytics, UX, Wordpress CMS
  • Basic understanding of HTML
  • Proficiency in Google Data Studio a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment and nimble to adapt to shifts in priorities
  • Trend-savvy, highly organized and efficient team player
  • Keen interest in hospitality and restaurants
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
