- Greet guests as they approach the register and process their orders using the POS system
- Ensure accuracy in order-taking, payment processing, and food preparation
- Provide helpful suggestions to guests and answer any questions they may have about menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dining room and kitchen area
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Handle guest's complaints in a polite and professional manner, escalating to the manager when necessary
- Assist with restocking inventory and preparing food as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Basic math and computer skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Pay raise as soon as October 1, 2023
