The ideal candidate should be able to provide exceptional hospitality, manage guest reservations, and help to ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, answering phone calls, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage guest reservations and waitlist efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Monitor dining room and assist servers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a host/hostess in a fast-paced restaurant setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage guest reservations efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
